Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery costs and available services are shown at checkout.

International delivery is available to selected destinations. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

To make a return, email contact@monarche.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.

Items should be returned unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, unaltered and with their original tags attached.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. When a complete order is cancelled, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
