1. About Monarche
This website is operated by Monarche. References to “we”, “us” and “our” throughout these terms refer to Monarche.

2. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. You will receive an order confirmation by email, but this does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and pricing are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings. As garments are produced from physical materials, minor variations may also occur.

4. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges.
5. Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International delivery is available to selected destinations. Any applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please contact contact@monarche.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be unworn beyond reasonable trying on, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags attached.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@monarche.uk, including your order details and information about the issue.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including the Monarche name, logo, branding, photographs, graphics, designs, text and other original material, is owned by or licensed to Monarche unless otherwise stated.
This content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious technology, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary.

11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, Monarche will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or legal requirements.
The version published on this page at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
